Gut & Rebuild Duplex
S-F Construction did an extensive remodeling job for us on a duplex at 5th & Clarkson.  They basically re-built the unit from wall to wall.  They put in a new master bedroom, office, bathroom and kitchen, made the living room/dining room/family room/kitchen into a large open space, put in a new HVAC and hot water system, and completely re-did the basement.  They put in new walls, new doors, new flooring, new lighting, etc.  In the kitchen, they installed hardwood floors, granite counter tops, new cabinets, new lighting, new appliances, built a breakfast bar, and put in an island hood.  They did a great job and they did it quickly.  They came in and took over from someone else who left us high and dry, and they took care of everything. They  did an awesome job.  The place looks great, and the workmanship is really good. Any little details that needed attention after the job was complete, they came right out and took care of right away.  We are very happy with their work.

S-F Construction remodeled half of a duplex for us.  They did a great job.  I was most impressed by the fact that the crew was there working every day until the job was complete, and there were never problems with people not showing up or with meeting the schedule.  It was a big job that involved gutting the interior and completely re-building it, and they did a really good job. We were very pleased with the work and the results.

Basement Remodel
Scott Falcone did a complete basement remodel for us.  He built us a big room with a bathroom, and dug out a window to give us more natural light.  We are thrilled with how it turned out, and my teenage kids are now down there all the time.  Scott and his crew were great.  We wanted the work completed by a certain time (as a Christmas present for our kids) and they got it done!  Everyone knows bad stories of contractors not showing up or not being regular, but Scott’s people showed up every day at 8:00 a.m. and didn’t leave until 6:00.  The neighbors couldn’t believe it.  And the workmen were all really nice.  Scott is very thorough, very professional, hit all his deadlines, and everything he did for us was done really well.   We really liked working with him and are very pleased with the job he did for us.

Home Remodeling
We used Scott Falcone to remodel a late 50s, early 60s ranch.  Like most houses from that era, it was full of little rooms, very compartmentalized.  We opened up the floor plan, completely re-did the kitchen including a new sink, removed the ugly old paneling, put in a wood floor, a new furnace, new bathroom, etc.  It was a pretty extensive job, but Scott got it done in three weeks and we got it rented right away.  It’s still rented and we get a nice income from the property.
 
We were so happy with the work, that we used him again on my daughter’s house.  That project included pretty much gutting the house, ripping out everything and then re-building it.  Scott did walls, floors, granite, tile, mantle, fireplace, bathrooms . . .  a complete remodel of the inside.  He also built the neatest shower you ever saw.  The house came out great.
 
We also use him at my office.  I work in a big Metro Brokers office, and we use him there whenever we need something done and done quickly.  If we get a listing that needs a new porch, or needs the kitchen re-done, or doors changed out. or bathrooms updated. or whatever, we call Scott.  He gets right out there and bing, bang, boom, the job gets done . . . and done well.  He’s fast, he’s reliable, and he does a great job.  He’s just the best!

Bedroom/Bathroom Remodel
Scott did two jobs for us.  We originally had a five bedroom, two bath home.  We combined the two baths into one master bath suite with a walk-in closet, and then created a new bathroom out of one of the other bedrooms.  Scott did a great job and everything turned out extremely well.  He came in on bid, on time, and made great suggestions that improved the design. The second project involved converting a closet area to a built-in bookcase and entertainment center.  Again his design suggestions proved to be very helpful.  Most impressive was the quality of the carpentry; it was really fine custom work.
